Your Nomini account lives at the operator's own platform. This portal provides information about the brand – we cannot access, restore or unblock accounts. Everything account-related goes directly to the operator's support team.
Sign in to your Nomini account
- Open the operator's site in your browser – type the address or use a bookmark you saved yourself.
- Find and click the sign-in button.
- Enter the email address you used when you registered.
- Enter your password.
- Click to confirm and you're in.
Don't have an account yet? Registration happens at the operator's site too.
How to reset a forgotten password
Forgot your password? The operator runs the recovery route. Look for a "Forgot password" or "Reset password" link on the sign-in screen. Click it, enter your registration email, and the operator sends a reset link to that address. Follow the link and set a new password.
If you no longer have access to the email you used at registration, contact the operator's support directly. They'll need to verify your identity before they can help – have your account details ready.
Signing in from a phone
You use the same account and password on a phone as you do on desktop. Open the operator's site in your mobile browser and sign in the usual way – same steps, same credentials.
The operator does not publish information about a dedicated mobile app. Access runs through the browser.
What to do when sign-in fails
A handful of common causes stop a login from going through:
- Wrong email or password. Check what you typed – look for typos, extra spaces, caps lock switched on.
- Verification pending. The operator may verify identity, age and residence before or after a deposit, and before making a withdrawal. If verification is underway, you may not be able to access your account until it clears. Documents must be provided within 30 days after the request is made, and the operator usually verifies them within 10 days after the request is answered in full.
- Inactivity fee applied. If an account is not logged into for 180 days, a 5 EUR administration fee is charged each month. Long periods without sign-in may affect access – contact support to confirm the account status.
- Self-exclusion in force. If you set a self-exclusion period through support, the account stays closed until that period ends. This is by design, not a bug.
- Browser or session issue. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If you're still stuck after a couple of attempts, switch to a different browser or device.
Why an account gets blocked or restricted
The operator may place holds or restrictions for several reasons:
| Cause | What happens |
|---|---|
| Verification requested | Access limited until documents are provided and checked |
| Inactivity (180+ days) | Monthly administration fee of 5 EUR; account may be restricted |
| Self-exclusion | Account closed for the chosen period; no early reinstatement |
| Suspected breach of terms | Account frozen pending investigation; support contact required |
If your account is blocked and you don't know why, the operator's support team is the only channel that can explain and resolve it.
Where to get help
Account problems go to the operator, not to this portal. Nomini's support channels are Live Chat (available 24/7) and Email ([email protected]). Have your details ready before you contact them: the email address you registered with, when the problem started, and the exact message you're seeing on screen.
For editorial questions about this site, write to [email protected]. We can answer questions about the information published here, but we cannot access or change anything about your account at the operator.
Keep your account secure
Sign in only at the operator's own address – one you typed yourself or saved as a bookmark. Never follow a link in an email or a text message, even if it looks genuine. Use a password you don't use anywhere else. If you're signing in on a shared device, remember to sign out when you're done.
The operator does not publish information about two-factor authentication. If you're concerned about account security, ask support whether additional sign-in protection is available.
